Presentation of “The Pleasure of Port” in Hong Kong

João Paulo Martins presented the book “The Pleasure of Port” in full Chinese at the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair.

Previously launched in Macau, at the Military Club of Macau and in Portugal at the Instituto dos Vinhos do Porto e do Douro, IP., at OPorto, “The Pleasure of Port” is now in Hong Kong.

João Paulo Martins, renowned journalist and critic of Portuguese wines presented the first book on Port wine in full Chinese. The edition aimed at Chinese readers unveils the mysteries of Port Wine, from its origin in the vineyards of the Douro to the long sleep in the cellars of Gaia. On this journey, readers get to know the 300 year long history, the methods of manufacture, the varieties and the rules of the Denomination of Origin.

在香港推介《波特酒带来的快乐》一书

若昂•保罗•马丁斯在香港国际葡萄酒暨烈酒展中推介了已全部翻译成中文的《波特酒带来的快乐》一书。

此前，该书中文版已在澳门陆军俱乐部和葡萄牙波尔图的波特酒及杜罗河葡萄酒研究院推出。现在这本《波特酒带来的快乐》也可以在香港买到了。

若昂•保罗•马丁斯是著名的葡萄牙葡萄酒记者和评论家，他介绍了第一本完全用中文出版的波特酒书籍。这本书的中文版是针对中国读者的，书中从波特酒的原产地——杜罗河的葡萄园讲起，一直讲到它们在加亚的地下酒窖中沉睡多年，向中国读者揭开了波特酒的层层奥秘。通过书中的波特酒之旅，读者将对波特酒300年的悠久历史，波特酒的酿造方法，使用的葡萄品种和法定原产地标志规则等有所了解。
