Távora e Varosa

Between Dão and Douro, is the city of Lamego. This is the border of the Douro region, but most sparkling Portuguese wines are also born here, in a small region that is “stuck” to the Douro, Távora-Varosa. Two companies hold complete control of production and the best sparkling Portuguese wines come from here, namely from red wine varieties pressed as whites, such as Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and mainly Pinot Noir. Among the whites, the “white of whites”, the Chardonnay, and other types of Malvasia Fina are worthy of note. It is the cold climate and the humid cellars that favor this production that is receiving more and more applause from consumers.

塔佛拉及瓦罗萨

在迪昂和杜罗河之间，有个叫做拉梅戈的城市。杜罗河产区从这里开始，但是在这里一个“紧贴着”杜罗河产区的小产区中，诞生了大部分的葡萄牙起泡葡萄酒，它就是塔沃拉-瓦罗扎产区。有两个公司完全控制了起泡酒的生产。从这里走出了葡萄牙最好的起泡葡萄酒，就是使用各个红色品种酿造的白葡萄酒，比如用国产多丽嘉，红色罗丽斯，特别是用黑比诺酿造的白起泡酒。白色品种的葡萄中，重要的是“白葡萄中的白葡萄”霞多丽，其他则是使用玛尔瓦西亚薄皮葡萄酿造的。这个小产区的气候寒冷，潮湿的地下酒窖有利于起泡酒的生产，这些酒赢得了越来越多的消费者青睐。
